Anago Cleaning Systems’ Master Franchise program provides Master Franchise Owners with the ability to start their own business in the profitable commercial cleaning industry with the foundation and support of an established organization. Master Franchise Owners have the exclusive developmental rights to sell Janitorial Franchises in a defined territory. Simultaneously, they will sell cleaning contracts, business to business within the territory, and assign those contracts to those who purchased a Janitorial Franchise. Master Franchise Owners are not in the cleaning business; they are white-collar executives in the sales & marketing business.
Day in the life of the franchisee:
This is an Executive Franchise model and our Master Owners control his/her time – both in the office and away from the office but typically Owners would be looking at a Monday-Friday, 9-5 schedule, with no nights or weekends required. In addition, the Master Owner gets to decide what role or roles they will take in their business which could range from:
-Managing or running the sales process for the Units Franchisees.
-Mentoring the Units Franchisees in growing their cleaning business.
-Managing their own sales staff or running the pre-set appointments to provide cleaning quotes.
-Networking with other local business owners.
-Reviewing daily reports via our cloud-based proprietary software systems.
-Hiring employees to handle everything else!
