Day in the life of the franchisee
The owner is not typically running the program in the schools, but rather managing the relationships with the PTO/PTA, Principals at the Schools, and Coaches of the teams.
Should be outgoing and sales oriented.
Daily Tasks Include:
-Building relationships with prospective schools, teams, or organizations
-Interviewing and hiring team members per team
-Overseeing programs at schools (monitor pledge goals)
-Manage inventory of prizes/supplies (may delegate to team members)
-Manage finances of the Business
-Be passionate about serving schools, teams, and students!

-The model for an owner is to build the market and be the face of the franchise to the schools and decision-makers.
