The Brothers That Just Do Gutters franchised their business model in 2015 after running a successful gutter company since 1999. Ken and Ryan Parsons
recognized a gaping hole in the gutter industry which their model filled perfectly. A giant gap exists between Owner/Operators and Gutter Guard
distribution models. The owner/operators focus on cheap and fast, and the gutter guard distributors focus on overpricing and high-pressure sales. The
Brothers That Just Do Gutter’s mantra is “Reinventing Contractor Service.” They provide 5-Star service in a 1-Star industry.
Ryan and Ken spent eight years perfecting their business prior to franchising the opportunity. This has really set up their franchisees for fast growth and
tremendous support from day one. The brothers have assembled a great team to support their franchisees from installation, sales, and marketing to
individual coaching. A major attraction and leg up from the competition is the logo and branding. Our branding is unforgettable, sells itself, and puts a

Why the Gutter Industry?
Gutters are a need, NOT a want: Gutters are not the newest fad or trend, they are a necessary product and service needed on almost
all homes. If you do not have gutters or properly functioning gutters, the damage to your home can be catastrophic.
Multiple Recurring Revenue Streams
Cleanings: Most gutter systems require maintenance. If there is at least 1 tree nearby clients will need at least 1 gutter cleaning per year. Most clients need 2-4 cleanings per year and are willing to sign up for reoccurring gutter cleanings.
Contractors/ Commercial: Roofers, builders, and remodelers… all need gutters installed with every project and provide endless
streams of jobs. In addition are property management companies, HOAs, condo associations, and more. There are enormous
amounts of clients who make multiple gutter purchasing decisions per year.
A Booming COVID-Strong Industry
Gutter Services remained essential and grew during the pandemic. More people working from home, noticing and keeping up with their homes and repairs have added considerable growth to our franchisees. Having a functioning gutter system reduces water damage resulting in mold which can cause health issues for residents.
