Day in the life of the franchisee
As a franchisee owner, they can either be an owner operator who takes control of the day-to-day tasks along with the center. If this is something they don’t have expertise in, hiring a center director would be the ideal choice. Owners will need to still be involved in the high-level aspects of the business to ensure they’re aware of what is happening.
