Of course the owner is NOT focused on cleaning homes, but the management of employees/cleaners. Daily tasks include interviewing, hiring, training, quality inspecting, scheduling, etc. The ultimate goal of our model is for an owner to implement the management infrastructure program so that he/she doesn’t have to be involved in many of the daily tasks.
